details. (Collected strictly for the purpose of "Verified Tenant" status.)
- Listing Data: Property addresses, photos, and descriptions submitted by landlords.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our site (e.g., search filters,
view duration).
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To connect tenants with landlords and facilitate communication.
- Identity Verification: To review documents submitted for the "Verified Tenant" or
"Verified Landlord" badge. Note: We do not sell this sensitive data to third parties.
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, spam, or abuse of our platform.
- Communication: To send you updates about your listings, messages, or policy
changes.

- With Your Consent: When you choose to "Contact" a landlord or tenant, your basic
contact info is shared with them.
- Service Providers: Secure third-party vendors (e.g., Firebase, Stripe) who assist
with hosting, database management, and identity verification.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law enforcement or a court order.

We implement industry-standard security measures (encryption, secure HTTPS transmission) to protect your
