Some landlords require 🛡️ Verified Access. If a listing is locked, simply apply for verification in your "My Page" dashboard to unlock it.
Unverified listings carry a "⚠️ Unverified Owner" warning. To build trust and remove this warning, you must prove ownership.
Go to "Get Verified" and select "Landlord". You will need:
1. Government ID (Passport/DL)
2. Land Title Deed (Official Property Ownership Document)
*We verify that the name on the ID matches the Land Title. This confirms ownership documents,
not personal character.
Click the "Post Ad" button in the top navigation bar. It's available on every page.
Enter the rent price, size, and amenities. You can upload up to 5 photos. If you don't have photos, don't worry—a safe placeholder will be used.
Pay the small listing fee securely via credit card. Your ad goes live instantly across Canada.
Boost your trust by 3x. Upload ID/License once, and enjoy verified access for 6 months. Admin reviews usually take less than 24 hours.
Listings are live for 30 days. To maintain fresh data, you must renew expired listings from your dashboard. Renewal fee helps us keep the platform high-quality.
